School Shopping for Binders
Posted on December 3rd, 2008 | by pooch |My youngest and I went to the store last week with the list of school supplies in hand. The first theme was folders … so complex that it can be? Well … Let’s say I left the store without any form of a folder. The “economy” are not binding negotiate whether they will need to be replaced a couple of weeks in the school year. I will be darn if I’m going to spend forty dollars for “cool” binders that “could” survive to half the school year!
With all the backpack and a closet stuffed with jam, I know that the notebook has to be durable. The vinyl covering just not going to cut! After thinking deeply the problem, I decided to make the fabric covers for binders for the economy to survive the school year.
I do not know if others have the same problem but my son wants everyone to “store bought” when it comes to school. When I approached her with the idea that she was not impressed. I was totally surprised when they actually fell in love and plans on using these covers!
Be creative and embellish a folder covered with cloth and maybe your child is love too! I’ve included the instructions of the decorative details I used in these durable fabric binder covers.
Have you ever been on someone’s blog, read an amazing article and you said to yourself, “Wow, that was good!”? You then continue browsing, telling yourself you won’t forget that tip? Most of the time that tip has left your brain within 5 minutes and you are irritated that you can’t remember it.
